I’m Emma, a product designer based near Cardiff with a focus on crafting thoughtful, intuitive experiences that put people first.
With over seven years’ experience across brand, web, and product design, I now specialise in designing SaaS platforms that balance simplicity with impact. My work spans HR tech, cybersecurity, AI, and wellness, including leading the product design at Ware, where I shaped an AI-led skills management platform and redefined core HR tools to better support the people using them.
I care about inclusive, accessible design and enjoy collaborating with engineers, product teams, and users to turn insight into meaningful outcomes.
